NO BUYOUT crzyhors!!! It's better for us (shareholders) not to sell the POET Technologies Inc. (the company), it would be more profitable if we licence POET's to different companies and make money that way. The short version works like this: an Intel comes to POET and wants a license, they pay nice few millions just for the license (not sure how much), then they pay royality for each product they sell, and this my friend is BIG MONEY. And this goes for every company that approches POET. BIG BIG BIG motherf... MONEY. So why would wanna sell??? you must be crazy ;)
