Is everyone happy with this announcement? The stock is down 13% and trading at .77cents. I for one am VERY dissapointed. Here you have a company that openly told many shareholders and potential shareholders that they were a major buy out candidate and went as far as saying that would not not accept prices belwo the $3 -$5 range and this is what we get????????
