Interesting Move at the Bell

Someone had some fun at the bell. As someone was trying to bid the price down to $1.54 some one else put a bid in for 24,000 shares at 15:59:57 that cleared the board of asks and took the price from $1.56 to $1.61. I'm not sure if it was a bid at 'market' or not but it caught the traders off guard as they were trying to manage price down.
