Mr. Keith Robert St. Clair has been Chairman of Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. since May 10, 2011 and as its President since April 27, 2012 and an Interim Chief Executive Officer since October 2012. Mr. St. Clair serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Strategic Air Holding Company, LLC. He has been Manager of The Big Company, LLC, since February 2011. He has been the Managing Member of ATWH LLC, a holding company for Travel and Tourism investments since December 2003. From August 2009 to July 2010, Mr. St. Clair served as the Managing Director of Assist-Card, a global traveler's insurance company that offers extensive assistance for international travel. From September 2008 to August 2009, he served as the President of Assist-Card. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. Mr. St. Clair serves as the Chairman of the Board of Cellular Spyware, Inc. He has served as the Chairman and an Advisory Board member of Forum Telecommunications, a company that is a global leader in international roaming services since June 2010. He serves as a Director of StrategicAir Holding Company, LLC. He has been a Director of Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. since May 10, 2011.
