We may be reading different news releases, but below is a quote from the Nov. 19th news release as it's recorded on TD Ameritrade. Areyou reading a different news release? This one clearly says 'next week'.

SafeonTheMove(TM) will also announce a major acquisition of a company with complementary technology next week, under which management of that company becomes an investor in SafeonTheMove(TM).
