I was just thinking, since our technology knows how fast a car is moving to know when to disable the phone, I wonder if there could come a day when a policeman sees someone texting and when he pulls them over he could have a device(a smart phone) that when put back to back with the driver's phone, as how some phones now transfer information, have the proof of the speed of the car when the most recent text was sent? No fighting the ticket, just busted! Dish, tell St. Clair to get on it--LOL
