If Fri comes and goes without an update, whatever the delay is with HM3 etc, I'm good with that and here's why.

If they rush it before it's 100% ready for a full blitz, no bang for the buck.

If they fine tune and tweak everything, then launch, more bang for the buck.

Good managers (BOD) know it's a tough decision to go past a self imposed deadline, but the consequences of not getting it right the 1st time is worse.
