To sum it up:

All but one tennant vacated (St Clair), a previous roommate has returned (Moran), the entire home inside and out is under restoration, new roommates will move in when the house is ready (HM3), a mega backyard party is planned for mid-Nov and there will be a guest of honor (Bieber).

To make all this a reality, our head Man (St Clair) has taken a personal stake without pay this year, received cash input from personal friends, brought back a key player (Moran), signed on a marketing giant (HM3) and our spokesperson (Bieber) is preparing to rock the neighborhood.

IMO, the next 4 - 6 weeks everyone will want to be at the party!
