But we hit 90.0M Fri and closed at .0014 from .0007 on Tues.

TDA now allowing trades after a year or so of not.

Why did they lift trading restrictions?

The HOD at .0019 certainly cause profit taking but we still closed up.

Rally over?

Time will tell.
