DISCHINO: Trademark issued to PhoneGuard, Inc.

I don't remember seeing anyone share this on the board within the last month, so here it is -- something positive, I guess. The logo is the old one and I'm not sure how relevant it is anymore, but at least they legally own it now. Who knows, maybe they will revert back to using this one.

The trademark PHONE GUARD (Reg. No. 4144904) was issued on May 22 [2012] by the USPTO.

Hey Dischino, in regards to your post from December (http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=69579150), you are right -- OPMG never owned "PhoneGuard", but they do legally own "Phone Guard" now. =)
