Here is the PR/Joint Distribution agreement with Cellairis.. we received on Oct. 31, 2011. And this agreement is still in force.

IMO.. OPMG had to get out of the 'exclusive distributorship with Q1 Wireless, before they could secure the joint distributorship with Cellairis. Our last 8K shows they are released from that agreement.
