There was 4+ months of chatter at another place, well...chatter is polite, it was bashing pure and simple, how the company was diluting before and after the planned merger with Illume, which did not go thru...and here are the numbers:

Mar 31, 2012 = 1,118,457,045

Dec 31, 2011 = 1,102,988,322

Added = 15,468,723

Not that 15.5 Mln is chump change, but the talk was they'd exceed the 1.5 Bln A/S and raise it to 2.0 Bln or more.

Comparing Sept 30, 2011 to Dec 31, they went from 968K to 1.103 Bln, a 135 Mln jump.

A/S remains 1.5 Bln.

Time for mgmt to pull a rabbit out of the hat none the less.

Anyone shorting this stock at .0011 is one brave soul...lol.
