Round numbers:

Dec 31, 2011 = 1.103 Bln

Sept 30, 2011 = 968 Mln

Added 135 Mln

So much for all the hype there would be 1.5 to 2 Bln.

Lots of shares none the less....

As of Sept 30, IR informed me there were 422 Mln in float. I need to get an update...probably in the 10-K but have not had time to read details.
