Don't you have to have reached the role of treasurer to use level II ? Also I check the "press releases" tab on the upper left hand side daily, and also then click on filings tab to check there maybe weekly. More often of course if we are looking/expecting eg. a quarterly report, or change in the company mgmt etc., etc.
