I searched the SEC site looking for the Q4 report, or maybe a filing for extension and found neither about 30 minutes ago. So, safe to assume it will hit NLT Thurs/Fri.

Pretty obvious the revs will be virtually non-existent.

Sept 30 (Q3) reported Nov 14, share structure was approx 968 Mln outstanding and 1.5 Bln authorized, with a float of 422 Mln. I got the float # from IR via email.

Suspect the O/S will be up. Then there's the buyout/merger still on the table, but if that goes thru by Mar 31, we won't see the share count effect until mid-May, unless the SEC requires a filing after the merger is complete? Don't know how that works?

And we wait, just like everything else...lol.
