An email was sent out from Mr. St. Clair, the CEO of Phoneguard today, and offered several of us to speak to the Principal of our Investment Relations Firm.

Mr. Lippert and I spoke about lack of communication from the Phoneguard management to Investors.. The IR firm has been inundated with investors who want PR and information immediately, and immediate gratification.

One questions Mr. Lippert asked was , " you all noticed there have been no sales, right?" The product has been in test mode, which is the reason for all the delays in sales, website, lack of Bieber promotion. The product is being finalized. Now we are ready to get sales, says Mr. Lippert.

The IR firm's job is to communicate with the investors on material events. There will be not emails from the company, probably no newsletters. They will communicate on material events.

He also said that if the time line is not what you are expecting as an investor, you may want to take a look at your investment. If you are in this for "hype" then this is not the right investment for you. His advice is, if you want to be in this stock, is quit looking at the price as a daily event. They are in this for the long haul, and are building the company a block at a time.

There is no reason to believe Justin is not involved with the company. We do not know if there will be tweets, or "hype." They are not looking to get the stock up to .09 in one month, that is what caused the DTC chill. They are really against hype.

Guys, this is what makes this company not behave like a Pink stock. It is a company looking to build fundamentals. Pink stocks will have huge runs, and then drop, leaving you underwater - hype and promotions. Yes, there was Bieber hype last Spring, but this is a different company now. Also, much of the recent hype is our own doing with all our "DD" and trying to uncover news.
Bashers can tell us it is going to trips, - that is what bashers do in stinky pinks.

It looks like they are a bit more on the ball than the previous IR "firm". It also appears they have had some recent success as shown on their site as well. Options Media made the right decision to use a better IR firm. Good hands.
