As a follow-up, per the 8-K, transaction to be complete by Feb 12 (Sun?) pending financing arrangements to fund operations...something like that.

Since there have been several news paper articles in New England, quoting the new CEO to be, obviously a done deal...well, nothing is a sure thing, but down in PK land don't see why the regulators would care much.

Might be gut wrenching to watch the pps next week though...lol.
