Message: NEWS: Opawica Explorations Inc. Announces Atikwa Lake Drill Results

If you listen to the audio from the last release you will hear Dan refer and compare the Atikwa Lake Project to Goldcorp's Red Lake Project which has comparable high grade values at 1000 feet- whereas Atikwa is showing us high grade intercepts at only 20ft deep.

Opawica is drilling in pit designs that are 90-120 meters deep which is very shallow. Dan is saying if they can find high grade this close to surface, then it is likely that they will find them going to depth. This is what I was referring to in my last post. I did not make a reference to any time frame and that they would have further resources defined by the time we get into open-pit production. Please read more carefully what I type.

I am only emphasizing the fact that there could be substantial resources lying underground at Atikwa waiting to be defined which only adds value for us as shareholders and extends the life of the mine (to be determined # of years).

Goldcorp's Red Lake is only 200kms due north and in the same geological environment so we can compare our property to theirs on this basis, and hope we measure up in the long run. The odds are in our favour that we shall.
