The law suit includes 3 things. One is for money spent on the project: 1M dollars. Another is for damages: 2M dollars and last if for lost opportunity which is for 16M. All toll, there is about a 1$ per share in lawsuits here. They have been very unreasonable and have not lived up to their agreement. With this lawsuit, they will have to respond. No bad news here. I picked up more shares at .69$ Great bargain in my book!!
