As you can tell, the CEO, in the last month has netted out close to 900k shares at an average of 51 cents. However 480k shares were bought at market in that time period. The 590k sold was on those days that crosses were organised. I was told that this was to shore up our cash position and to get shares in the hands of supporting houses. This is questionable of course but the 480k shares purchased at market in the last month balance that out almost so I do not think there is any mal intent in his actions but I will question him next Monday when he is back from his trip. Otherwise, this is very bullish in my opinion. A CEO that takes 463k dollars of his own money to by shares at market pretty much is obviously thinking that his company is going places...
