Apparently there was quite a bit of interest in the PP and for those who didn't get in, some insiders are offering a few large blocks to institutions at $.85. Saw one big block go through already. If you want a couple hundred thousand shares, you can probably get it for $.85 (of course this is prior to the press release forthcoming).
