again thanks for the feedback....my reference to Alberta oilsands was the company....not the province....their on the Toronto Venture exchange as AOS.....seem to have substantial land leases....and a sp of today $.93...they are also on Agoracom

So...the permits for BQI for production drilling/mining are set?
