There have been posters on misc. forums actively promoting the signing of a partnership deal with an American "player" company.

I would think the news documents a fairly significant step and accordingly may well make partnership or indeed takeover more attractive at the moment.

Any upward movement has to be taken as a positive sign. I acknowledge having averaged down over the years so in reality do not need huge price gains to at least achieve break-even. I continue to be concerned for those true "long believers" who were in at the multi-dollar price. Projecting getting back to that level may require a significant level of optimism. I can only wish them the best.
