The first phase of our business strategy is to run on a single operator per tower. Typically, our contracts have an exclusivity clause at the site level but not at the country level. We could have two contracts with two MNOs in the same country but not two MNOs on the same tower. Working that way is easier from a logistic and regulation point of view.
In future phases, we envisage to act more like a tower company and offer multi-tenants services to different MNOs selling capacity not real estate. In this case, the infrastructure would be shared using Ran Sharing solution.
