1) We have the inventory sitting in both countries ready to build. The funds will be covering : Transportation, build permits, ESIA Reports, Taxes, construction and commissioning. We did not sell any equipment to any body. I do not know what you are refering to.

2) multiple vendors are involved and have different lead time but from scratch, it can take up to 16 weeks if you do not have a sourcing plan in place whcih we have to prevent long delays like this. 

I agrre with you that continuous build is extremley important as they are automatically generating revenue leading towards profitability. Once the financing is in place, we will have a constant pace aiming to get those 1100 sites completed giving us the time to complete other financing to contribute to deliver the backlog.

3) Mobimba will resume with the DRC rollout. This is the code name of our rural project with Orange. You are probably reffering to our distribution in DRC which is starting at the same time of the build to maximize adoption and usage.
