I am taking the time to respond due to your last point that is interesting. Thoughout the process, NuRAN will be in a capital raising mode for sometimes to fund its 10K sites target. Even if the lenght of the process is longer than expected, we strongly believe that this is the way to go. So talking about plan B, we are entertaining multiple financing partners for various phases. We already executed a PlanB with the recent bridge closing to resume deployment while finalizing the process with EIB/DFI2. We are highly confident to seal this deal. As stated in previous post, we are working on various funding options but we will not let the EIB/DFI2 go as it will bring a lot of value for shareholders reducing dilution dramatically.

This process is also a protection for NuRAN as they are extremely rigourous lifting every rocks and pushing to get 100% assurance that all aspects of the business is bullet proof and stamped by all involved parties like us, our partners, our clients, government bodies, etc...
