I agree but note:

NVO is now cashed up

has 1,800 sq km

has economic grades at shallow depths, inexpensive to explore

stock chart very looks good

I believe this one has a good chance to be a game changer, risk / reward is very good.

I'm holding it in my TFSA for the long term
