Yes, it is the same key people at Gold Canyon who are apart of Novo. Ms. Akiko Levinson has many business contacts within the industry. So it is just up the Dr. Hennigh to come through with drill results.

I think they do well with avoiding over-dilution and work very hard for shareholders given their past. Have to keep a close eye on drill results and private placement activities. If the share price continues the way it is, they might be fortunate to issue at higher prices.

I also noticed Pinetree CEO Sheldon Inwentash participated in Novo's earlier PP's, so a good sign that they have capital at the moment to support raising funds.
