The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement.

Number of shares: 1,355,000 flow-through shares

Purchase price: 35 cents per share

Hidden placees: Two

Finders: Wellington West Capital Markets; Desjardins Securities Inc.

Finders' fees: Wellington West Capital Markets -- $4,200 cash and 21,300 broker warrants; Desjardins Securities Inc. -- $21,000 cash and 60,000 broker warrants

Each broker warrant is exercisable at a price of 35 cents per share for a period of 18 months.
