I agree Misfit, you are right on. However, I think that the first results are very speculative.

 I sold at 1.20 after entering at 70. I am sitting on sidelines for a day or two as I am awaiting a call from someone on Bay to tell me if rumors are good or bad.

 My last conversation with the CEO did  not give me the confidence I needed and as you mensioned, a large part of the current SP is based on being close to NOT. So we have double risk here: one if NOT's SP corrects (which I believe will not happen) and the second from the results.

This would make a great long term play regardless of the results. Though, now I am too big on VMS that I would have to wait for a week or two before cashing some chips out.

 Till then I will be watching.
