Would be interesting to watch how this would unfold. Presumably, NGC does not need to do anything, since it has enough good stuff to dig up and sell for the next 40years. NGC can just let BRU drill on their own side. In order to whip up the euphoria, the first hole (my speculation only) would be around the rich zone at the SW corner of NGC claims. Let them do all the drilling and if the results are promising then NGC can initiate a TO. Guess who will have an operating mine in a year. Let's act like one of the big boyz, a predator gobbling up all them juniors.
