Folks,

I have been following this company for a few months now and it looks like a solid company, a case of "bird-in-hand", rather than a promise of some exotic stuff at the end of the rainbow.

There are quite several reasons fo this concusion.

- location: good, in between Ottawa and North Bay (good pool of workers and housing), near Chalk River which has a large concentration of very experienced scientists and engineers who can set up companies to develop downstream products using graphite. Just off the Trans Canada Hwy.

- emphasis on long-lived batteries for e-cars and back-up power sources

- sizable high quality deposit: A large percentage of the ore contains large and jumbo flakes.

- NI-43-101 and Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS): available

- Bankable FS: available Q1 2012 (note: the above are required to attract investment from banks and large institutions, they are just the normal/standard stuff a company would need to produce.

- Check their Corp Presentation for other relevant info such as OS, required cap cost (~$70-80M) which is small compared to other types of mines.

- Share price is healthy enough so if they need additional cash, it should not cause much dilution, e.g. 10M shares x $2.00 = $20M (current OS: 38M shares).

I would jump in myself soon, but do your DD before taking the plunge.
