I don't want to sound naive here, but does it make any sense to say....why would anyone participate in an equity financing and agree on a price that is at the top end of what a company has traded at in terms of valuation if they "the participants" did not have some kind of a heads up of things to come. Makes me think that NGM has simply waited for the dilutive effect of the financing to be done before releasing assays. Does this make sense or am I just stating the obvious? And so is this now a good time to load up the truck even more?
