a positive move I believe... maybe means some company has been looking at NGM and made management nervous.... don't want to get taken out too cheaply... I can't see it happening yet but who knows for sure... site visit by brokers etc. was yesterday and today bids are buidling... looking better... I would like to see more volume, somewhere around a million a day.....
