Something is amiss here and it has nothing to do with the PEA and the worth of the company.The only shareholders who hold millions of shares are Rto Tinto,Missubishi,the NDM management and one other company.I don't see them selling their shares now after all these years unless one of them is in real need of cash.May be Rio Tinto since they are already so involved with Invanhoe mines and they cannot afford to take over NDM at the same time.But why take the chance to allow their rival BHP to get their hands for their shares at such a cheap price? It does not make an sense to me.
