Thanks Sieg. It was on Yahoo! where there is always name calling and such. But, found it and that post alsomentioned the EPA involvement article, which I have since posted here.

There is recently more movement up on this, and if the PEA is good it could be the reason why (insiders, or buds of insiders). Within two weeks makes it the 28th, the last day of the month and like you said - just in time for PDAC on March 6.

There is also CERBA on March 9, which is geared towards mining opportunities in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
