Not only do NAG management indicate that it will use Agoracom as a method of communication, it also pays them a fee to do so. If you check the disclaimer icon on the left you will be able to read the following:

North American Gem has agreed to pay AGORACOM Investor Relations $3,000 per month plus options for a 12 month contract.

The question is why would they pay $3K a month in order to communicate directly with shareholders then not do so? It doesn't make sense to tick of a whole load of shareholders.
