Can anyone Tellll Me ?

About Appalachi Coal Corp, Did NAG buy a producing Coal Company? or is it just a shell of a former Coal Company?

With al the talk of Clean Coal technology, did Appalachia have good Coking coal, I can't find anything about the company.
