I realize that it is not always convenient to respond to an email, however, it is also very "investor unfriendly" not to do so. It is in my opinion somewhat of a reflection of poor management. It doesn' t matter what kind of company it is, or what the nature of the business is....but when an individual asks a question or two, the IR department of any company should at least respond to it (within reasonable time) even if the answer is "generic". JMHO
