Coal Permits?

Anyone have any idea when the permits could be issued? How long could it take? We need some goood NR's to get the SP moving up again. Also, does anyone know exactly how far NAG properties are from GXS discovery? I picked up 10,000 shares at .335 after hearing about GXS. This is purely a spec play for me but from what I've learned so far, it seems worth the risk.
