Native burial grounds have fences around them or signs posted as to what it is?
I doubt that most do.
Any trees on my yard are mine and obviously on private property unless one is more than legaly blind.

The chief is prone to exaggeration as do most of us. And I think the natives get more breaks than the rest of us.
Am I biased, perhaps.

We should be cognizant of our human nature especially when we invest and that nature stares right in our face.
