Nothing wrong with the PP only a link to the time spread of the action

why settle for a PP OF$2.75 when they know that the sky is the limit according to the general feeling of the SHs .

OR

they know that nothing much is going to happen , given that and the fact that the share price is going nowhere , they are playing ball with it .

In the end my feeling was and is that the SP will stay languishing for some time to come and only an external event will propel the SP where it deserves to be.
