Profit-taking/Divest... of R.O.F. Holdings

Admittedly today I sold 15,000 (15%) of my FWR shares originally purchased at 20 cents U.S., for 60 cents. I've added equally to my pre-existing positions in Donner Metals, Victory Nickel, and Golden Chalice Resources. I believe that each of these companies have a much greater likelihood of becoming 3-5 baggers (from their current SP) than would Cliffs over the next 1-2 years.

Donner Metals has a 35% position in a small but high grade deposit (Zinc/Cu/Ag/Au) presently having an insitu value of $1.5 billion. ...minimal infrastructure costs and Xstrata as their JV partner. Currently have 5 drills working....huge land position with many VMS targets..MCAP of less than $20 million.

Victory Nickel has nearly 1 billion pounds nickel already outlined. (insitu value of $7.5 billion)...although mostly low grade (0.5%) byproduct credit of saleable Frac sand as overburden...high OS (~350 million) but low MCAP (< $40 million). Jien Jien has 20% of shares. Large potential upside (unless JJ decides to purchase the remaining 80% at a puny 20% premium to SP (not sure if that possibilty would be legal))

Golden Chalice (Hughes Resource Group)...Flagship Langmuir property (?Kambala type nickel deposit), with highly prospective Timmins West property (north of the Destor-Porcupine Fault).....MCAP of less than $20 million...

Cheers, Luker
