BofD of resulting NOT/FWR.

There is one aspect about the Noront/Freewest debate that is not discussed.

If the two join into one company there will be many Directors, probably too many for the company.
Some would have to fall by the way side. How will that be done. Noront being the larger company will want to dictate the who, by that I mean the BofD.
But the combined shareholders would like ( my presumption ) to have a say in the matter.
So consider the possibility:
Many NOT shareholders are not happy with some NOT directors while many FWR shareholders seem to be happy with their's, while probably totally against NOT BofD.
So with FWR shareholders holding about 26% of the final company, they would need only about a third of the 74% that came from NOT shares to join them to dictate who remains on the board and who goes.
I suggest that much of the lamenting about directors in the resulting company is needlessly spent.
When and if the opportunity comes, just consider taking some action to solve your 'so called problem'.
Cheers.
