Ladies & Gentlemen: Since I have had special attention from one of the mods-- 5 -7 violations daily -- I feel that I should be allowed to post my thoughts on this problem.

Basically Adreas is not guilty of personally flagging, moving, or deleting any posts. Like me, while a lowly second LT, I relied upon my sgt to bring me various papers which required my signature.

I probably used his suggestions more than I should have, and signed them without reading most, since I was extremely busy.

Andreas is in the same position, being extremly busy, had /has relied upon supposedly neutral mods to make the deletions etc., the reports were merely rubber stamped.

As it turned out the mods are simply people among ourelves and as such are just as loaded with prejudices, and off beat personallities as we all are. They can take a likening or dislikening to an individual simply because of his likes, dislikes, supposed moralities. politics, post construction, and even preferences to stocks, especially when they post things, whether true or not, that opposes their own.

So the problem is more on how a mod is selected and how he, herself / himself, can be monitored and removed for showing prejudice, or flagging posts for personal reasons.

This can be done by popular vote by the members in this forum. This could be initiated by a member in a post showing valid reasons..

All Mod activities, deletions, banning, etc., should be openly posted for all of the members to view, only in this way can any problems be aleviated or prevented.

So back off on Andreas my friends. Ease the job by Drawing up how you wish the room to be run and how to control the occaisional bronco mod.
