Share dillution is just a numerical increase in the number of outstanding shares.
What I call value dillution is the decrease of assets per share.
It is the value dillution that I am against.
If the number of shares increases but the value backing those share increases even more than I say Bravo, Hurrah!
Unfortunately many people do not look at things that way and just see share dillution and lament that fact. Shame.
