Its an interesting discussion. If I anticipate NOT to jump on a favourable announcement, which would increase the value of the offer and make it more acceptable to FWR holders, FWR should start to show a premium in anticipation. This AM it looks like NOT is moving up on speculation of a positive NR, and FWR is still lagging; the gap has increased. FWR is stuck at 0.44 (x 4 = 1.76) trading 2.5 mil shares (20 day avg is 1.9 mil), while NOT fluctuates around 2.00 trading 900K shares (20 day avg 1.0 mil). The gap has doubled since yesterday. I can't come to a reasonable interpretation.
