If you believe the deal will go through as is or better, the play would be to sell NOT @ current $1.73 to $1.77 and buy FWR @ current $0.40 to $0.405

You get 4 FWR for 1 NOT plus >$0.11 to $0.15 profit, then later 1 NOT back for your 4 FWR
