Believe me, I do understand. And I did not mean to try to take you on at all.

I sense your frustration. And your emotion. And I have agreed that the board has

"been out of hand". I am more than willing to abide by any decisions.

But, one click away removes what we are really about. Second class? Must be a better

way. And more help for some hub leaders who truly have so much responsibility.

It will be very difficult to have a board as is being suggested. Most of the problem has

seriously cleared up.
