Agoracom is a social forum, just like Facebook. Some posters are more 'social' than others and display it with copious posts. On any topic. And they believe their post (even the one-worder) is as important if not more so than others. So we get clutter.

I don't think you can legislate against clutter in an online social forum. So we put it in an appropriate place where there are also rules like Agoracom's Six Rules. Really bad behaviour is also dealt with accordingly in the OFF TOPIC FORUM.
